General

I made amistake and want to change personalization, what should I do?

When placing your order we always recommend that you check the
spelling or initials of your personalization before going through to checkout
as we copy all text directly and changes cannot be made once in production.

If you do notice that a mistake has been made, please contact us as
soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before it has gone through
to the process of creation. In the instance where a product has already been
made there will be a charge to remake it and we can discuss options with you if
necessary.

I have received my order damaged, what should I do?

All our creations are thoroughly checked by our team before being
dispatched to make sure they are of excellent quality.

However, on the rare
occasion we make a mistake, or items are damaged whilst in transit.

Should you
have received a damaged product please contact us via Chat or email with your order number and a photo of the item received and we will look into this for you as soon as possible.

Where do you purchase your leather from?

Sustainability is a priority for us at LucianLeatherGoods and this includes the sourcing of our leather.

All our leather is responsibly sourced from a UK supplier but it is a Italian high quality vegetable tanned leather. Leather we source is a bi-product of the food and drink industry. We predominantly use veg-tanned leather which minimizes environmental impact due to the traditional natural tanning process.

We create all our products in house and by sourcing locally we can minimize our carbon footprint and play our part in saving the planet. Please visit Our leather page for more information.

Why does my leather colour look different from the pictures showcased?

Leather is a natural material so the exact appearance will always vary from hide to hide or tanning process to tanning process. Natural grain, scarring and marks make each item completely unique and this is the beauty of working with leather materials. We encourage uniqueness of our leather and don’t consider these variations to be faults but if you are not happy with the item please do reach out and we will be here to assist with your queries.

What personalization is available for our items?

All of our leather products are personalized using a traditional hot stamping press and we use different embossing techniques like Gold foil , Silver foil or Blind embossing.

We can include uppercase letters, numbers, and different symbols but we have some limitations on numbers of characters we can fit.

Delivery and Returns

What delivery options do you offer?

All our orders are aimed to be dispatched within two business days.

UK

Orders are sent by Tracked 48 with Royal Mail post so should arrive within one-two days after dispatch. We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK.

Express Shipping is available at checkout that aims to deliver in 2 working days from placing your order.

US

Orders are sent by Standard Shipping ( 3-10 working days ) with Royal Mail post and delivered by USPS in US.#

We also offer a Tracked and Signed option if you want to upgrade so you can track the order.

I have not received my order what should I do?

If your estimated delivery date provided has passed and you have not received your order, please get in touch with us and we will take a look to help locate it. Please note that not all orders are shipped with tracked delivery unless you have opted to upgrade to our express service.

How can I update my delivery address?

If you have made a mistake with the delivery address provided when placing your order please do get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend this before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately once the order has left our workshop we will be unable to amend the address so it might mean it needs to await return to us before we can ship again.

Will I be charged Customs Import Taxes and Duties?

Please be aware we currently only ship to UK and US, if your country is not available please reach out to us and we will try and help.

Please also be aware that there might be additional costs when ordering from international locations, particularly the EU, such as customs excise duty, please note this cost will have to be absorbed by the customer.

For US we do not collect taxes or duties for import, so the carriers will require payment of taxes prior to release from customs.

How can I return my items?

Products that are personalized are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item.

The bespoke nature of our products means that they cannot be resold so unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

Should you wish to return a product that is not personalized please contact us within 14 days and we will let you know the best way to post it back to us.

Please note, return postage will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
