1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase

2. Refunds
Faulty or Not as Described Items
If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to, you are entitled to a full refund. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Change of Mind
For online, mail, and telephone order sales, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if they are not faulty. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us of your decision to cancel.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
