Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days, followed by shipping times depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Can I preview my personalised design before it’s made?

Yes! For most products, we offer a digital preview of your customisation before production. If you'd like to see a mock-up, just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.

3. What if I made a mistake in my personalisation details?

If you spot an error in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to correct it before production begins. Once an item is made, changes may not be possible due to the personalised nature of our products.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. If you have any concerns, please reach out — we’re committed to making it right.
